- We conducted a ‘deep dive’ into historical activity which allowed us to very quickly strip out any unprofitable media channels.
- We re-negotiated their Magazine Insert costs. The 20% savings we achieved allowed us to reignite the performance of a key channel for them.
- We re-tested DRTV with new creative and delivered a Return on Investment of twice their previous campaign.
- We also increased their ability to react quickly in times of heightened news coverage. Being the first charity to react to breaking news gave them a significant boost in donations.
