With a social calendar that is tailored to everyone, whether it be scavenger hunts, dinner along the Thames, or shuffle boarding; we really ensure that there is an event suited to all! Aside from socialising (which we are pretty good at), our employees’ mental and physical health comes first. We have implemented various initiatives from our Employee Assistance Programme to MI5-aside football and Thursday morning yoga on our roof terrace (weather dependent!).
Ultimately, we understand the importance of a tight-knit group, where we look out for one another, work hard as a united team and really enjoy what MI and the industry has to offer!
